Come and Get Fit in 2014 with Baby Wearing Yoga

A new way to practice yoga! Babywearing Yoga is a great way for moms to connect and practice yoga while their babies feel comfortable and secure in a baby carrier. Babywearing has been around for generations and can be seen in many different cultures all over the world. With four classes in each session, the first class starts off with a discussion on the benefits of babywearing, the different types of carriers, the safest carriers for yoga and tips on how to wear your baby safely. Moms will learn breathing exercises to ease stress and tension, practice exercises to help tone and strengthen the core and birthing muscles, and connect with other moms in a safe and nurturing environment.

*Please bring a soft structured baby carrier and baby blanket* (recommended carriers: Ergo, Beco, Boba, Tula or any other carrier that allows the baby to sit in a natural seated position and a chest buckle/strap)
